Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton with all original certificates and appraisals included.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid insured label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition against our records, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
