Yes, we provide free fully-insured shipping on all domestic orders over $500 via FedEx or UPS to ensure your investment arrives safely.

What is your return policy for estate pieces?

We offer a 14-day return window for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all security tags intact.

Can I have a vintage ring resized?

Most of our vintage and antique rings can be resized by our master jeweler. Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm if a specific piece's integrity allows for adjustment.

Do you offer flexible payment or layaway plans?

We offer several financing options through Affirm and Shop Pay Installments, as well as a traditional 60-day layaway plan with a 20% down payment.

Do the items come with an appraisal for insurance purposes?

All items priced over $1,000 include a formal retail replacement appraisal document which can be submitted to your insurance provider.
